Education and Certifications: I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science, which has provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise in human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and exercise programming. Additionally, I am proud to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Experience: With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from various walks of life, each with their unique goals and challenges. This extensive experience has taught me the importance of personalized training programs tailored to each client’s specific needs, abilities, and aspirations.

Passions Outside Fitness: Beyond my professional endeavors, I have a deep passion for an active lifestyle. You can often find me biking along scenic trails, hitting the pavement for a rejuvenating run, or engaging in strength training to challenge myself physically and mentally. Apart from fitness, my heart belongs to my family and beloved dogs. Spending quality time with them brings me immense joy and balance in life.
